Educational research in other countries
Between 1992 and 1994, some of the teachers who were involved in this project went to other countries where they collected additional information on teaching methods expanding the project’s knowledge base.
Sheik Silva went to Spain, Germany, Italy, and Austria in 1992, and had contact teaching establishments across Europe. From his observations,he concluded that teaching problems are caused less by cultural or social factors than by the attitude and approach of teachers.
